Marketing you can point at.

Brand, writing, video, ad creative, and the work that makes you easier to find. Every one of them produces something you can open, read, or measure.

You will need the logo at favicon size, on an invoice, and blown up across a banner. Drawing every version at the start means nobody is redrawing it under deadline a year from now.

Articles

Guide · 9 min read How to choose between the four ways of doing this The short answer

Search traffic compounds, so a piece written properly keeps bringing people in for years. That is why the research into what your buyers are typing happens before anyone starts writing.

Video

so the first thing you do is connect it

Most people watch on mute, on a phone, half paying attention. Captions are burned in and each cut is sized for where it is going.

Social posts

Three things nobody tells you We tried it. Here is the number. Behind the update

Posting consistently is the part that slips when you are busy. Drawing posts from the same research keeps the calendar full without doubling the work.

Email that lands in spam is budget spent on nothing, and a sending domain with a damaged reputation takes months to recover. The authentication goes in before the first send.

Ad platforms reward variety, and the same image in three sizes does not count as variety. You get several headlines and images cut to each placement, as editable files you can hand to whoever runs the campaign.

SEO audit and fixes

HighProduct pages missing titles

A long list of everything wrong with a site is hard to act on. Ours is ordered by what will move first, and the fixes are done in the same engagement.

Reviews and listings

★★★★★Setup took an afternoon and support replied same day. G2
★★★★☆Straightforward, does what it says. Google

Buyers read your reviews before they contact you. Requests go out on their own once a job or a trial finishes, and every review gets a written reply.

We write down where you are starting.

  • Traffic and enquiries. The last three months, if the tracking exists to read.
  • Search. Where you rank for the terms your buyers actually use.
  • Reviews. Count and average rating on the day we begin, on every platform that matters to you.
  • Reach. List size, open rates, and follower counts, screenshotted on day one.

It takes ten minutes at the start and it means that three months in, nobody is arguing from memory about whether anything moved.

What we hold ourselves to.

None of these are promises about your results, which nobody can make honestly. They are the standards the work itself is held to.

What we need from you.

  1. One call about the business and who buys from you60 min
  2. Brand files, analytics access, and anything already writtenAccess
  3. Which one or two things you want to start withDecision
  4. Notes on the first two pieces we send45 min

After the first two pieces the voice usually holds, and reviews get quicker. Nothing waits on you for longer than a few days at a time.

The accounts and the files are yours.

Every account we set up lives in your name and under your billing. We get added as a user and you can remove us in one click, on the analytics, the email platform, the ad accounts, and anything else we touch.

Brand files come in editable formats as well as exports, with the typefaces licensed in your name. You get full rights to the finished identity on final payment.

Articles, scripts, and campaign assets are yours outright, in source form. The audit and the tracking sheet are yours to hand to anyone, including whoever replaces us.

Ownership, timing, and who does the writing.

Do you work with companies outside Canada?

Yes. Almost nothing on this page needs anyone in the room, and we work across time zones as a matter of course. Calls get scheduled around your working day.

Who writes the articles and the emails?

We do. Before anything gets written we use the product, read your support inbox, and go through the questions your sales calls keep raising. You review the first two pieces closely, and after that the voice usually holds without much correction.

We already have a brand. Can you work with it?

Yes, and often that is the better job. We keep what is recognisable and fix what is causing problems: versions that do not work small, colours that fail contrast, missing file formats, no guide for anyone else to follow.

How long before any of this shows results?

Email and social move fastest, because you already have the audience. Technical fixes can shift things within a few weeks. Articles usually take three to six months to pull meaningful search traffic, since that is how long indexing and ranking take on anything competitive. We will give you a realistic window for your situation before you commit to anything.

What you can book.

Fixed price agreed in writing before anything starts, and monthly work billed monthly. Most people begin with one of these and add others once they can see it working.

Send us your site and what you sell.

We will look at how you turn up in search, what you have published, and what your listings say, then tell you what we would do first and roughly what it would cost.

You get a reply within two working days, whether or not there is a job in it for us.
