Other people selling for you, paid only when it works.

Affiliate and referral programs set up, recruited for, and run month to month. The tracking gets tested with a real transaction before a single partner is invited.

A real transaction is pushed through the whole chain and checked at every step before the program opens. Attribution that is wrong on launch day is the thing that loses you both money and partners.

Partner kit

Partners who have to write their own copy usually never get round to it. A kit means they can post something the same day they sign up.

Programs stall because nobody does outreach after launch week. This is the part that keeps producing new partners in month six.

Late or wrong payments are the fastest way to lose your best partners. Anything that looks like a self referral gets held and checked before money moves.

Most underperforming programs are not a recruitment problem. They are leaking sales somewhere in the tracking, and the partners have quietly stopped bothering.

Settled in writing before anyone is invited.

  • What counts as a sale. Defined before a partner can dispute it, including refunds and cancellations.
  • How long a referral lasts. The cookie window agreed and written into the terms.
  • What partners must disclose. Paid promotion rules written in, and live partner content checked against them.
  • How the numbers get checked. Platform figures reconciled against your own records every month.

Almost every argument in an affiliate program is about one of these four, and all of them are cheap to settle at the start.

What we hold ourselves to.

What a program earns depends on your product and your partners, so we will not put a number on it. These are the standards the program itself is held to.

What we build on

The platform gets picked for your product and your volume, and the account is opened in your name. Whatever we use has to do three things: track conversions server to server, give every partner their own link and dashboard, and let you export your partner list and history whenever you want. Anything that fails one of those is not worth building on.

What we need from you.

  1. One call about what you sell and what your margins allow45 min
  2. The commission rate, from options we bring with the mathsDecision
  3. Sign off on the partner terms before anyone sees them20 min
  4. One test purchase on your live checkout15 min

The commission decision is the only one that really matters, and we will not let you set it without showing you what it does to the margin on a sale.

The program and the partners are yours.

The platform account is in your name and under your billing. We are added as a manager and you can remove us in one click. Commission is paid by you to your partners directly.

Partner relationships, contact details, and performance history are yours and exportable at any time. Nothing sits in a system you cannot get into.

If you take the program in house or hand it to another team, the terms, the kit, and the tracking documentation go with it.

Tracking, cost, and how long it takes.

How does a sale actually get tracked?

Each partner gets a link carrying their own tag. When somebody clicks it, that tag is stored on their device for an agreed window, and when they buy, the platform is told what happened by a message sent server to server. That last part matters, because tracking that relies only on the browser now misses a meaningful share of sales.

What does the platform cost to run?

Depends on the platform and your volume, and it usually lands somewhere between thirty and a few hundred dollars a month. Some ecommerce and subscription tools include it. That cost goes on your own account directly, and we will tell you the expected figure before anything gets built.

How long before a program produces revenue?

Setup takes two to three weeks. First sales usually arrive within a month of the first partners going live, since a partner with an audience can send traffic immediately. Building it into a channel worth managing takes about six months of steady recruitment.

Do you work with companies outside Canada?

Yes. Nothing here needs anyone in the room, and we work across time zones as a matter of course. Payout rules and disclosure requirements differ by country, so we check what applies where your partners actually are.

What you can book.

Take the setup on its own and run it yourself, or hand the whole thing over. Commission paid to partners is yours to pay directly and never passes through us.

Tell us what you sell and who already talks about you.

We will tell you whether an affiliate program suits what you sell, what the commission would need to be for it to pay, and what it would cost to set up.

You get a reply within two working days, whether or not there is a job in it for us.
